1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MicroTools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

• You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• You are responsible for the content you generate and for reviewing AI outputs before use
• You must not attempt to access others' data or reverse-engineer our systems

3. AI Content Disclaimer

Important: Outputs may contain errors or omissions. MicroTools provides them "as is" with no warranty of accuracy. You must review and verify before use, especially for legal or safety-related documents.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• You may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal
• Refunds available within 7 days if minimal usage
• Free tiers may be subject to usage limits

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content belong to Hillmade. You own the outputs you generate for your own business use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroTools is not liable for loss of profits, data, or consequential damages arising from use of AI-generated content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
